Initially, you would choose around 6 songs that you wanted to sing and let me have a list of them around a month or so before you wanted to come. We would make a CD of the backing tracks and send it to you so you can practice with your friends if you want to before you come into the studio. We have over a 1000 tracks here or we can order in almost anything from the last 50 years up to chart material so we am sure we will have what you wanted.

Then, on the day of the party, you and your friends would arrive here and walk along the Hollywood Style Red Carpet, we would run through the songs a few times to get everyone warmed up and practice using the microphones etc… We would then start to record your vocals onto the mixing desk, we can do this as many times as we need to and we will pick all of the best bits and mix them down onto the final mix for the finished CD. We will play it back to you and let you hear some different sounds that can be added to each song and see if you like them or not before we finalise everything.

It is a very laid back atmosphere at Happy Medium Studios, We can help with microphone technique, singing, timing etc… as Anita is a professional singer herself. We will make sure that is great fun and get everyone joining in as much or as little as they like.

We have lots of Funky Disco lights and will take breaks so you can have a bit of a boogie if you want to and even dance to yourselves singing if you like!!! We also have a selection of percussion instruments so you can play along with the music whilst singing if you like.

After the CD is completely finished, We will burn a picture of you all singing or posing with any band name or what ever text that you decide on. All pictures taken will be saved onto a CD and your will get a copy of this to email all of your friends. Feel free to get glammed up for the photo shoot!!!

You will all receive a boxed copy of the final music CD to keep. Refreshments will be provided and we will order in Pizza for you and your friends to enjoy whilst we play back everything you have recorded.

The length of this session is approximately 2 and a half hours the minimum is for 5 people and the maximum is 25 - please email us with numbers for a price, we offer a discount for 10 and more at each party.
